Turkey pie – tender turkey, chestnut stuffing & pig in a blanket in a creamy leek sauce topped with shortcrust pastry, seasonal vegetables.
Slowly braised lamb shank, confit of roots, parsley mash, madeira jus.
Butternut squash & sweet potato roasted with chestnuts & seasonal roots, wilted spinach, butter bean mash, toasted pine nuts, harissa dressing.
Roast cod, grilled mediterannean vegetables, sundried tomato crushed potato, salsa verdè.
Rich chocolate pot, Baileys cream, orange & cinnamon shortbread
Christmas pudding, velvety custard, rum butter bon bon.
Rice pudding bruleè with mulled winter fruits.
